The majority of iSeries hardware is very much plug and play. PIR Group can install the new platform if you choose but in most cases our support structure and customer service team is in standby mode to assist in the event that a problem should arise. In the case of large installs, 570-595, we recommend the Smooth-Start install service provided by IBM.Please do not hesitate to contact us at any time regarding product set-up and installation.
